    I am trying to update my new MD802 Elite via the update tool, however when I try to log in to it it says login failed, please check account name and password. 
    I can log on to the website without issue.

    Update tool version 6.21

     Try resetting your password via "your account". See if that fixes it.

     You did register the product, Yes? Can't get the updates until you do that.
